If you're a General Contractor, you know the story: We’re the last ones on your job. You’re waiting for us to finish so you can get your inspection. You need us to get it right first time.
Here’s how we do it:
 |
- experienced estimators who know where to look for problems in advance. If we find that the plans and specs conflict, we attempt to bid what the job needs, anticipating the full requirements of the project, even if this adds to our bid. Our goal is always to bid a project responsibly.
- specifying the right product for the job. We've been in the business for over 25 years, and we know what works in which conditions.
- careful scheduling in our control team to make sure that we start on time and finish on time. We are proactive in contacting your superintendents well ahead of anticipated installation dates, to ensure that your job is completely ready for our crew to do the best job possible once they step onto the job site.
- well-trained installers. Our installers have been with our company for many years, going back to the 1980's. They take pride in what they do, and we treat them like family. They have the discretion to adapt to changed field conditions and modify the installation as necessary to get the job done without unnecessary delays.
- avoid call-backs. It is always our goal to do the job right the first time, which minimizes punchlist work. If there is a punchlist, we take full responsibility to complete it in a timely fashion so you can meet your job completion dates.
